Daring Brittany Bosco. The one they couldn’t put in a box. The woman they haven’t known for a long time how to quite handle or perceive musically. With Pacer‘s directional change last year, a stunning new 3-track has just been released, once again with her band Bosco. They’re a cast of Atlanta musicians on the same progressive wavelength, including members of punk-soul quartet Tendaberry.

Straddling the genre lines as always, Brittany exudes her gusty voice over Trip-Hop, Experimental Soul, Indie Pop, and Post-Punk. From the clash of amplifier signals to soaring wall-of-sound vocals, you’ll feel the ruffled, emotional undercurrent surging through this mini-set. It’s a powerful work, but more importantly, self-assured.
