I’m a bit late on this one – but after discovering it tonight (I do enjoy those copious hours spent trawling through spotify) I felt it only necessary to post it up. Maybe some of you missed it when it hit the interwebs earlier this month too.
Back in April we posted the title track off Fink’s new album (out now) – it was beautiful, sombre and emotive… Characteristics that are gracefully magnified when observing Andreya Triana’s version. Her voice tells a thousand stories, it’s so tender and has such a gut-wrenching tone – this version elevates.
Triana’s talent continues to mesmerize me.
