It’s been a minute since I have posted up some fresh content for y’all. Since having a break, a well needed holiday and a catch up on what the PB team have been sharing with you, I’m ready to jump back in the game.

I introduce to you Lianne La Havas. I had seen her name floating around on my timeline for a few months and as a true music stalker would…Sorry I  mean blogger, I proceeded to follow her on twitter. Months later, the Warner signed fresher announces her two brand new EP releases.

Gratuitously, the young Londoner offers up a 4 track live EP for free and on first listen, the beautifully sung melodies, entrenched in vulnerable depth filled lyrics would capture most ears. Her style can easily be categorized next to the Andreya Triana’s of this world or a lazy comparison to Corinne Bailey Rae I’m sure will crop up in future when the mass media finally catch on. Personally, I believe she has definitely set herself apart from competitors, especially on my fav ‘Forget’. With a determined nod toward soul, there is no doubting her ability and conviction. I look forward to hearing more in the new year.

Be sure to download the freebie, as well as the Lost and Found EP on iTunes.
