Been revisiting a lot of Usher’s earlier material recently, mainly My Way & 8701, reminiscing how good his music was back in the day. Having said that, ‘There Goes My Baby’ is definitely one of his better tracks over the past few years – that tune is big.
Anyways – he’s releasing a new EP called Verses, I don’t know much about it to be honest – just because I’m not really following what this guy is up to any more (he lost me at ‘OMG’) but this track, entitled ‘Hot Toddy’, features Jay-Z & will feature Ciara (this version has Ester Dean on it) and is off said EP – it’s a radio rip (hence no stream), but a decent quality one. Jay-Z’s verse is about the best thing on here, naturally…
