I’m always being asked: “What’s hot in London at the moment”. Well, this is. This is what’s hot in this city right now. Fatima and the Eglo family. ”Soul Glo” is that jam, right? That video gave me so much jokes. Good seeing so many friendly faces in there too. You would have previously heard Fatima’s soulful vocals on Safiq Husayn’s “Little Girl”.  ”Soul Glo” comes off Fatima’s new EP Mindtravelin, which you need to cop right now. Keep your eyes and ears firmly locked on this lady.

    The song is cool, but it sounds like there's something missing from it. She's not a soul singer, unfortunately, so the song sounds pretty empty (with a great beat). Might have been better with a real soulstress like Badu on it.
