New track from C-Breezy produced by Polow Da Don…
Chris Brown – “So Cold”
Obviously there will be some speculation whether or not he’s talking about Rihanna on this track with lyrics “please forgive me” & “I f*cked up”. Whoever it’s about, the track is, at best, mediocre. It’s not that hot. I much prefer his last leak “Transform Ya”.

As we reported here on PinBoard last week, N*E*R*D have enlisted a new female singer to the group by the name of Rhea. Check the video above of the band performing a new track which will appear on Instant Gratification.
…Sounds real nice! I think the new addition will be dope.

The Mash Up caught up with Del after his show and in Part 1 of this interview we spoke on his new album, Parallel Uni-Verses, the project with Tame 1, if there’s going to be a new Heiro and Gorillaz album, why did he switch up his style, the new breed of CA hip hop, his bay upbringing and how it influenced him, and writing for Ice Cube.

Unsure whether this track will be appearing on Mary’s new album, but here goes some new music from the Queen of Hip Hop-Soul…
Mary J Blige Feat Timbaland – “Skycap”
I thought this pairing would come with something harder than this. It’s not a bad song, but it’s not as great as I was hoping it would be.

Looking forward to the tour Whitney said: “This is my first full tour since the My Love Is Your Love tour and I am so excited to be performing for my fans around the world after all this time. I am putting together a great show and cannot wait to perform the songs from my new album I Look To You along with some of your favourites.”

P.s Whitney Houston will also be appearing and performing on the X-Factor next week!

“This Is It” the new Michael Jackson single (which isn’t really ‘new’, just an unreleased track from the Dangerous period) which will appear on the greatest hits album, of the same name. The song and album will accompany the new film, also titled “This Is It”, which as you know documents the rehearsals for his London shows (called…wait…”This Is It”).
Michael Jackson – “This Is It”
…It’s SO good hearing new MJ! This track obviously isn’t his best, but that doesn’t matter – to hear him singing like we all remember is truly incredible. For that reason I am grateful they released this track. I’m also very excited about the prospet of all those unreleased Michael Jackson tracks – God knows what he has in that vault!

Alexandra Burke took to the X-Factor stage last night to perform her new single “Bad Boys” featuring Flo Rida for the very first time. Now, I wasn’t a big fan of this song, however – her performance was so good – I’m actually kinda liking it now! Alex killed it – like, really, really killed it. The entire performance was incredible – he choreography, the vocals (although, it did look like, in parts, she was miming?) – everything. It’s very cool to see an X-Factor winner doing that kind of performance – it’s not secret that they all end up singing boring ballads.
Very well done I say!
Peace, Love & Alexandra Burke

P.s I’m getting a lot of emails/comments asking me to post up X-Factor blogs – I did this last year and it was cool. But I want the site to stay fresh and posting videos/commentary on something that every other site is doing, in my opinion, isn’t fresh – hope that’s cool with ya’ll!

Remember when the Neptunes produced beats that sounded like they were from outta space? Damn.
This grossly slept on track is from Kelis’ debut album Kaleidoscope; An album that still gets bumped round my ends regularly. The Neptunes, possibly at their best, produced one of the dopest albums I had ever heard. I remember buying this LP off the back of Keslis’ insanely dope “Caught Out There” and not fully understanding what I was listening to – but loving it totally. Kelis and the Neptunes had a ridiculous chemistry, which carried through all their collaborative projects.
They need to kiss and make up soon. For all their sakes.

P.s Pharrell, Chad – please start making beats like this again!

Robin Thicke returns with a new single, presumably off his new album…
Robin Thicke – “Sex Therapy”
In true Robin Thicke style, he drops another track for the ladies. I’m sure many a females will be swooning over this one. It’s a cool joint, nothing special or amazing about it but as always, his vocals kill it.
Peace, Love & Robin Thicke

Funnily enough I was listening to the original version of this track yesterday, you’ll remember it from when I posted it way back in September. This time Trey Songz joins Ms Braxton for the remix…
Toni Braxton Feat Trey Songz – “Yesterday”
I wasn’t in love with this track initially, but I didn’t hate it. It’s grown on me considerably since then. I actually prefer this version – I think having Trey Songz on there does the song a lot. Yup.
