That beat? Those violins? What? Yup. I like it a lot! I know for a fact, just like “Off That” people will be hating on this too. And that’s cool, we’re all more than entitled to an opinion and no, I don’t expect you to love it just coz’ it’s Jay. BUT I will say – the minute folk stop expecting him to recreate Reaonsble Doubt etc will be the exact minute ya’ll will start enjoying these new releases.
Nas will never top Illmatic, Michael Jackson could never top Thrillier. These are simple facts.

I’m really lovin’ both these tracks! Don’t get me wrong, I’m under no illusion – the fact is, I love these track more than I would if anyone else sang them, simply because it’s Whitney. I am in no way saying that this is her best work to date, but I’m enjoying them nonetheless.
I really do want to see her comeback be a success, it’s long over due. Not to mention, we need someone who was massive in the 90′s to comeback hard. Lord knows I’ve given up on Mariah. Anyways – I Look To You is on it’s way – you think it’s gonna be a hit?

Whooo!!!!!!!! Yesssir! I’m feelin’ this in a big way. It’s not classic Hova – nope, but I like it still. I ain’t expecting Jay to do the same thing he did on previous (classic) albums, that’d be boring and stagnant. I’m expecting these unexpected type tracks. Love Drake’s hook and Timbo’s beat.
I don’t know why folks be worried about what Hov is gonna bring on this LP. I ain’t stressed. Even at his worse, Jay-Z is still better than 90% of all rappers out there. Standard.

Whooo! Brand new music from Queen Latifah off her upcoming Persona album.
The first track sees the collaboration of two of my favourite females in music. Latifah and Marsha Ambrosius come together on a Cool & Dre produced track called “Take Me (With You)”. After that we got “If He Wanna” featuring reggae artist Serani and finally a Busta, Shawn and Dre collabo in the form of “Hard to Love Ya”…

Looking and sounding better than she has for a very, very, very long time, Amy Winehouse returned to the stage at this years’ V Festival joining The Specials on stage. It would have been incredible to hear her sing one of her own tracks, but her appearance is most certainly making me think more positively about her ‘comeback’. Still a way to go, but very cool indeed.

Hmmm…! I dunno what to make of this one. I can kinda hear Britney singing this track right hurr. I don’t hate it, infact, I’m currently on my second listen and I think with each new listen I’ll like it a lil’ more. It’s auto-tuned up, it’s mostly pop, fun and kinda catchy. I definitely prefer her previous leak featuring Jay-Z (download below), but yea – this I’m liking a little.
