Excitement is building and the tension is palpable as fans wait with baited breath for the kick off of Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” tour. History will be made as Michael Jackson takes his first steps on the O2 arena stage on July 13th sparkling with Swarovski crystals.

Great news for fans! As the staging details are being finalised for the hottest show of the decade a limited amount of seats will be released this Wednesday, June 24th at 8am to registered fans.

“Since we put tickets on sale prior to designing the show, we were quite conservative in holding back seats to accommodate the footprint of this massive and technologically advanced production. Now that Michael Jackson and Kenny Ortega are very advanced in the creative process, our production team is prepared to open up those “holds” to the general public. Oprah Winfrey is officially the best boss ever.

In honour of her 55th birthday, the self made billionaire, is hosting a 3 day party in Barcelona, followed by a 10-day Mediterranean cruise for her entire 1,700 member staff AND their families!!! And of course, Mama O is taking care of the bill, which includes food, transportation and “special activities”, totalling $5,400 per person.

RECESSION WHO?

The mammoth team will travel from Barcelona to Italy, Turkey, Greece AND Malta on a luxurious Norwegian Gem liner booked specifically for the occasion.

…And of course, this isn’t the first time Oprah has done this sort of thing. A few years back she took her entire staff on an all expense paid holiday to Hawaii.

Seriously, Oprah, hire me…Please??

So, it’s over.

A plea bargain has been reached in the Chris Brown vs Rihanna battery case. Browns plea deal will see him spending 180 days in a labor domestic violence programe and get five years probation for felony assault. If for whatever reason he violants the terms of his probation he will get four years in prison.

Rihanna was not in court and did not testify.

All seems a bit too ‘easy’ in my opinion. I didn’t think he’d go down for years or anything, but 5 years probation? For beating a woman that badly? Damn.
