Anyone who knows me, knows I love me some Queen Latifah. I still bump Black Reign on a regular. One of the dopest female emcee’s in the game (and don’t ever forget that), a great singer and Oscar nominated actress. Damn. Well, she’s back. After releasing a couple Jazz/American Song Book albums (which were both superb may I add), she drops “Chains” – a contemporary R&B/Pop banger…

It’s a nice lil’ track! Is it the best thing I’ve ever heard in my life? Nope, but still – I like it. Queen Latifah’s new album Persona will drop later this year. I’m looking forward to that, judging by this track, I reckon we’ll hear her spit once again! Ah, that’s the stuff.
