I’ll be 100, I’ve tried (and tried) to listen to (and enjoy) Brandy’s latest effort Human, but boi, I don’t think I’ve actually been able to listen to it top to bottom. I’m sorry, but it’s just so.boring. BUT, maybe if it will filled with tracks like this, I’d be a bit more interested. This unreleased gem is pretty sweet…
I like this mid-tempo. Brandy sounds great on it too. I don’t want to get it twisted, I love Brandy’s voice and while I know a lot of people may disagree, I just don’t feel her material has matched up to that voice as of late. I can’t say the entire album is rubbish (mainly coz I haven’t finished a full listen yet (lol)) and while there are some undoubtedly good songs, I just don’t think it sounds fresh or…exciting. But this, this I like – if that counts for anything.
