Raphael Saadiq is coming back to London ya’ll!
Last year he performed two nights at the Jazz Cafe – the gigs sold out in no time. We were there. It was incredible. I know a lot of people were peeved that they couldn’t make that show, but don’t worry, you get a second chance now! Saadiq will be performing at the indig02 on April 27th. I know you all love The Way I See It, how could you not? It’s an incredible album, which for me, was one of the big highlights of 2008 – if that’s the case for you too – you neeeeeeeed to this guy live. Raphael and his band take you somewhere else during their show, truly. Not to mention, this cat has had some mega hits! From his days in Tony! Toni! Tone! and Lucy Pearl, to his solo work – my man has a pretty full catalogue.
