I must say, I ain’t lovin this joint. I’m not sure if it’s the tune or the message. Don’t get me wrong, the message is great but I kinda feel a lot of Hip Hop artists are jumpin’ on the political steez coz it’s the ‘thing’ to do now. Truth be told these artists should have been doing this kinda sh*t for years. How long has Bush been in office? They had the mouthpiece, the fame/platform and the money to actually make a difference and reach people. I get why it’s all happening now, but it’s just becoming a lil’ less credible and a tiny bit corny.
Nas’ verse is dope tho! Ha!
