Exclusively for Delicious Vinyl’s RMXXOLOGY, the Philippians take The Pharcyde’s 1995 classic “Runnin’” and update it, giving a new twist to lyrics that still ring true today.

I got this in my inbox yesterday [much love to the audibletreats crew] but have only just got round to viewing it. It’s pretty fly!? I’m diggin it. Probably one of my favourite Hip Hop songs of all time, I like the fact that the Philippians didn’t mess too much with it, but did enough to make it sound fresh.
