Solange – "I Decided" Remix2

We posted Solange’s new single “I Decided” a while back (HERE) and well, we were less than impressed. Now, they’re mixing things up for the single’s European release. The Freemasons (who remixed Kelly Roland’s “Work” and made it the hit over here) have jumped on the track and put their own spin on it.

…We still think it’s wack. LOL. Sorry, but it’s true!! We kinda see where Solange is trying to go with this record, you know, that whole 60′s vibe (that’s becoming oh, so popular nowadays!), but the fact is: The singers of the 60′s had amazing (big!) voices and well, Solange just doesn’t.
We hate to hate, but her voice just ain’t nice to listen to, at least on this joint?! This tune is not good. Don’t matter how many remixes surface/are released! We doubt it’ll do big things and if it does, we’ll be really surprised.
What do you think of this tune? Do you think we’re being too hard on Solange?
