Karina Pasian is the newest edition to ever growing and ever successful Def Jam roster. She is only sixteen, but is already showing maturity way beyond her years. She’s being compared to Alicia Keys a lot, mainly because she’s from New York and plays the piano – but aside from these similarities, we don’t think there’s much to compare – they’re both doing very different thangs!
We’re feeling this tune big time and it’s video…It’s good to see a young women attacking this kinda issues, esp with her debut single, rather than going for the whole ‘cookie-cutter’ type things Labels love doing with new artists! We’re pretty excited about Karina Pasian and can’t wait to hear more from her! She’s definitely one to watch.
