Snoop has come a long way from his early West Coast Gangsta vibe back in the early 90′s. The PinBoard crew think this is a good thing. SO many rappers stay in one state of mind for years – progression is natural and without it you can’t really stay current/relevant. Snoop has found a balance – he’s still respected as a rapper (granted, not the most influential right now but still) and as a figure of ‘pop’ culture. We’ve seen Snoop in porn flicks, movies and TV shows and yet he still maintains his street cred…That’s a good look no?!
