Usher Feat Ludacris – “That Girl Right There”

Currently Usher’s “Love In This Club” is riding high in the U.S charts and is getting all the buzz, which is a good look, but we think this tune is SO much better! Enjoy. Its a pretty serious tune and it brings together Usher and Ludacris again (which is always a great combination…!)

T.I may have the chance to avoid a long prison sentence - by telling kids not to make the same mistakes he has.

T.I must spend at least 1,000 hours talking to youth groups about the negatives associated with gangs, gun crime and drugs, before reporting back to court to serve around 12 months in prison.

Well, on the upside – T.I will be using his voice to help young kids not get into the same kinda [stupid] trouble he got himself into…

Still, not a good look…Not cool at all. But hey, we’re sure he knows that and like he said, he’s “…looking forward to turning this negative part of [his] life into a positive”.

Lets hope T.I takes over, we don’t like T.I.P!

These two artists have been generating a lot of buzz in the industry & on the TinterNet for some time now, most notably Kenna – who’s been around for a hot minute now. There seems to be some cool stuff coming out of the Star Trak camp as both these acts are signed to The Neptunes label.

Kenna is a cool dude, he has some seriously funky music. His sound leans more towards rock/electro, kinda N*E*R*D-ish…

His second album “Make Sure They See Your Face“, co-produced by Chad Hugo, was released late last year and achieved some crtitical success, but didnt make much of an impact. We hate it when this kinda stuff happens – cool artists, with good albums going unnoticed. Thank God for the TinterNet! Make sure you check him out!  

Teyana Taylor is a fresh, funky, badd ass chick who’s making a splash on Myspace and YouTube at the moment…As mentioned before, she’s also sighed to The Neptunes label (which isnt a bad look really!?) and we think she’s gonna blow up! She’s got a cool voice, great style, fresh vibe and…shes just young and very RIGHT NOW [which is refreshing!!]

The self-proclaimed “Princess of Harlem” has a tune bashing around and its making some serious waves over the TinterNet - Its DOPE, FUN & Def Recommended! Its called “Google Me Baby”, and heres the video:

You can’t expect anything less than great from the Jigga Man these days, esp after the “American Gangster” album. The dude is at the top of the game, he’s the new standard.

While no one will ever be able to replace Mary J Blige, we all must admit, Mary has stopped feeding us those BIG soulful/Hip Hop tunes for a very long time now. That’s cool though! She’s getting PAID and she’s STILL doing her thang, so we ain’t hating on that. But Keyshia just seems to be filling that void that Blige used to (Mary, don’t hate us!)…

She’s dope. Her album “Just Like You” is BIG people and def recommended. She sings about love most of the time, but what we like is she sings about the gritty side to love, not just the ‘airy-fairy’ bits. She’s real and…kinda gansta!
